Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
- Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to enhance content strategy.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, both online and offline, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
- Handle basic graphic design tasks, including creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or possess equivalent work experience).
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing software.
- Possess basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
