Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers by responding to emails and, when necessary, phone calls.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping, budgeting, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and payroll management tasks.
- Create reports and draft correspondence as needed.
- Attend meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Support managers and supervisors in policy and procedure development.
- Manage travel arrangements, budgets, and reimbursement processes.
- Resolve vendor-related issues concerning shipments, billing, and statements.
- Handle various administrative duties.
- Develop basic marketing materials.
- Supervise departmental hiring procedures.
- Coordinate event planning for meetings, professional development sessions, and other departmental initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite.
