Saleem started his career as a pharmacist. After owning several retail pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, HMEs, medical credentialling company and then branching out into the ownership of other healthcare businesses. Saleem realized the importance of unifying and then adopting the core principles of his healthcare businesses.
These core principles are universally applied in every healthcare business Saleem has owned.
It is undisputable to say that a dedicated business implementation and process team is essential to ensure that the company is well positioned to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
Easier Said than Done!
Saleem realized that the importance of a dedicated business process team is the way to go, it is being done by large players in the industry. But was it feasible for a small healthcare business, like Saleem’s, to acquire, retain and support such a team?
The answer was NO!
That is when Saleem started to reach out in the market for operational experts, which resulted in the buildout of financial and strategic relationships.
Slowly and gradually, Saleem started to shift from contract hiring positions to developing his own back-end business process team.
KNOWLEDGE IS AN ULTIMATE POWER! IS IT?
This is a true statement. Knowledge is important and powerful, but without implementation, it has no value. Having knowledge of market trends, new opportunities, and growth directions is crucial, but putting that knowledge into action is what drives results.
Saleem realized early on in his ownership career, that effective implementation involves having a clear plan, setting realistic goals, and taking consistent actions to achieve those goals.
It also involves being adaptable and making adjustments as necessary in response to changing market conditions. Good implementation skills are essential for success in any field, including the healthcare industry, and Scalability is the key component.
WHO ARE THE IMPLEMENTERS?
Implementation often requires a different set of skills and resources than what is traditionally found in clinical settings. Implementing new programs or initiatives may require…….
The above skills are NOT commonly offered by the clinical staff who work in a healthcare arena.
This realization led to the birth of Collaborative Patient Care Group
”Saleem wants to give back to the industry which welcomed him with open arms. He wants to contribute back by bringing his technology and operations engine, which he built for himself but now is available to like-minded business owners.”
