Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic.
- Execute successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from concept to completion.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Create valuable and compelling content for our website and blog to attract and convert our target audience.
- Foster strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring wise allocation of funds.
- Supervise and approve marketing materials, ranging from website banners to brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against objectives.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, coupled with the potential and willingness to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Sound knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Strong numerical skills, comfortable working with numbers, interpreting metrics, and handling data with spreadsheets.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for compelling copy and engaging communication.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
