Responsibilities:
- Utilizing social media marketing tools to establish and uphold the company’s brand presence.
- Collaborating with marketing professionals to devise social media marketing initiatives.
- Engaging with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media channels.
- Evaluating the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy.
- Identifying strategic deficiencies and proposing enhancements.
- Researching social media trends and updating management on pertinent changes affecting the company’s marketing efforts.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and assessing campaign performance against these benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Competency in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
