In July 2023, I took on the role of Vice President of Business Sustainability & Growth at CPCG, where I bring over two decades of diverse experience from the UK, USA, and Pakistan. My professional journey has equipped me with a deep and varied skill set in Information Technology, Operations, and Client Management. I have a demonstrated history of leading and managing teams on both a local and international scale, successfully overseeing numerous projects that have had significant impacts on organizational efficiency and growth.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in a wide range of high-impact initiatives. Notable projects I have led include Business Process Re-engineering, where I worked to overhaul and streamline internal processes to enhance operational efficiency. I have also driven automation efforts that have modernized workflows and reduced manual intervention, contributing to increased productivity and cost savings. In addition, I have been responsible for the development of Disaster Recovery Sites, ensuring that critical systems and data are protected and can be swiftly recovered in the event of a crisis.

One of my key achievements was the creation of a Covid-19 Response Centre, a project that required rapid adaptation and innovative problem-solving to address the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic. This initiative involved coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing new health and safety protocols, and ensuring that our operations could continue seamlessly amidst the disruptions.

In my current role at CPCG, I am tasked with overseeing the efficiency of all operational processes within the organization. My responsibilities extend to identifying and leveraging opportunities to drive growth and expand our clients’ businesses. This involves not only optimizing internal processes but also focusing on strategies that enhance client profitability and satisfaction.
